2. Device Locations & Rest Times

Devices charge in a common family area (kitchen/living room) overnight, not inside bedrooms. Screens are turned off at least 45 minutes before sleep time to allow brains to wind down. Homework and study spaces remain phone-free unless required for schoolwork.

3. Privacy, Respect & Safety

Passwords are shared with parents for emergency safety, account recovery, and device protection. If anyone online asks for secrecy, private photos, money, or personal details, we pause immediately and tell a trusted adult. No one gets in trouble for coming to parents with an online mistake, accidental click, or scary message.

4. Apps, Games & Communication

New apps, social accounts, or online multiplayer games are discussed and approved before downloading. We treat others online with the same respect, kindness, and decency we expect in person. If a chat, game, or video makes us feel uncomfortable or threatened, we close the app and inform an adult.
